No vertigo. Both rear doors were slid open the whole time I was in back with the gunner, and it didn't bother me a bit. I was sort of suprised myself. (There's a safety belt you wear in back that is tethered to the helo, so even if you were dumb enough to fall out they could haul you back.) No motion sickness. No vertigo.
