Dana, as long as you keep writing Kate books, and don't kill off Kate or Mutt, you can keep them in as much trouble as you want - just don't make us go cold-turkey without wrapping up the loose ends should you either decide to discontinue Kate (HEAVEN FORBID!) or some other cursed circumstance meaning you couldn't write them anymore.
